• E-Series

  Step 1:
  Look at the top of the device.

  Step 2:
  The model number should be found under the CISCO logo.

• Blue and Black

  Step 1:
  Flip the device over.

  Step 2:
  You should find the model number on the sticker underneath the device. Please see the example.
