Linksys Limited Warranty and Technical Support

Linksys Limited Warranty has two elements. The first element covers your Linksys Product against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year (90 days for refurbished product), while the second element provides Complimentary Assisted Technical Support for 90 days for basic support to get your hardware up and running. Complimentary Assisted Technical Support includes technical support (by phone) and live chat (through your computer).

For additional support beyond the 90 days of Complimentary Assisted Technical Support or for assistance on advanced features beyond basic support, please call 855-224-1997 to learn more about how we can help you get the most out of your Linksys product. Here are some of our current offerings.

The Support Protection Plan (SPP) offering upgrades your Complimentary Assisted Technical Support (CAS) from 90 to 365 days. This allows your Assisted Technical Support to mirror the 1 Year Limited Hardware Warranty of your new Linksys hardware.

Phone Connect-6 lets you make up to 6 phone support calls within a six month period (whichever comes first). That means you can call back up to five times within six months for no additional charge!
