Resetting the Linksys Dual-Band WiFi Router to factory default settings
Resetting the Linksys Dual-Band WiFi Router changes the router to its factory defaults. All customized settings such as the network name, wireless security, etc., will be erased.
Follow the steps below to reset the Linksys Dual-Band WiFi Router to factory default settings:
Manual Reset
1. Make sure that your Linksys Dual-Band WiFi Router is connected to a power source and is turned ON.
2. Press and hold the Reset Button at the bottom of the router for 10 to 20 seconds.
