Linksys Now - No internet connection error when I logged into my router

If you log into the router and get a no internet connection error, try one of the checklist items below to resolve the problem.

  • Make sure that your modem is connected to the Internet port on the Linksys router.
  • If you have an automatic (DHCP) internet connection, power cycle the modem first, and wait for it to come back online. Then, power cycle the router, wait for the light to turn solid blue or white in some cases, and try to log back in again.
  • If your service provider is using PPPoE or other type of connection and needs to enter your ISP settings, click on Enter ISP settings. Learn more.
  • Contact your ISP to verify if there are any internet outages in your area.
