The Linksys MX4300 (LN1301) router features a Plug-n-Play setup. When your router detects an internet connection, it automatically configures itself, indicated by the light changing from solid purple (ready for setup) to solid blue (online/connected).
Occasionally, the router may not go through the Plug-n-Play setup, causing the light to remain purple despite being online. This article guides you to ensure the Linksys MX4300's light turns solid blue once online.
Before you begin:
- You will need a computer.
- Note down the WiFi name, password, and recovery key on the product label.
- This model does not support Linksys Mesh technology.
