How to use the Linksys Chat Support
This article will guide you on how to use the Chat Support of Linksys.
1. Go to the Linksys Support website.
2. On the lower-right section of the page, click on Chat Support.
3. Provide the following information.
- Enter your name.
- Enter your email.
- Enter your phone number (optional).
- Select your preferred language (optional).
- Provide the model number of your Linksys device.
- Describe the issue you are having.
4. Check the radio button and then click Start Live Chat.
5. You can now begin chatting with a Linksys technician in the language you have selected.
6. Once your issue has been resolved, click on the X icon and then click on End Chat.
7. Rate your experience with the technician by clicking the stars icons, and you can also leave some feedback. Once done, click Submit Response. Otherwise, click skip rating.
