Configuring Guest Access on the Linksys MX4300 (LN1301)

The Guest Access feature provides a convenient way to establish a distinct network for your guests, ensuring they cannot access your main network and its connected devices.

 

This article will guide you in configuring the Guest Access feature of your Linksys MX4300 (LN1301). 

 


 

Directions


1. Log in to the router's web interface.

 

2. Click on Guest Access.

 

 

3. Enable Guest Access by toggling the switch to the ON position.

 

 

4. Click on Edit to change the Guest network name and password.

 

5. Enter your preferred Guest Wi-Fi and Password in the fields provided. The password is case-sensitive.

 


6. Click Ok to save changes.

 

You can now easily share guest WiFi credentials with visitors without disclosing your personal home WiFi network information.
