How do I set up the routers? |
The Linksys LN1100 bundled with Linksys LN1200 child nodes supports a Plug-and-Play setup out of the box. This means that once it’s connected to your modem and an internet connection is detected, it will automatically configure itself. It also supports manual setup.

How do I access the Linksys LN1100 remotely? |
You must first associate your network to a Linksys cloud account. Once your network is linked to your Linksys cloud account, you can then access your network remotely using the Linksys app or LinksysSmartWiFi.com page.

I’m trying to add more nodes to my network, but the nodes are not being detected. What can I do to add them? |
To set up your child nodes, make sure that they are near the parent node (node connected to your modem), within 10 ft of distance. If possible, put them in the same room as the parent node. Once they have been added, you can move them to other locations as needed.

How do I reset the Linksys LN1100 or LN1200? |
To reset your router, press and hold the reset button for 15 seconds.

How do I check and/or upgrade the routers' firmware? |
The nodes have a feature that automatically installs the latest firmware overnight and the upgrade only takes a few minutes. Make sure Automatic Firmware Update is turned ON. You can also manually check the firmware version of the routers and proceed with the upgrade if a new firmware is available.

I cannot get the setup wizard to open after setting up my router. What should I do? |
After your router is online, if the setup wizard is not opening, try the following:

I completed the setup wizard, and the Linksys LN1100 is online, but it doesn’t show any light on its top. What should I do? |
The setup wizard has an option for Night mode, which by default is set to ON. Night mode is a feature where the lights on a Linksys LN1100 router will automatically turn OFF from 8 pm to 8 am. If you run the setup wizard during this timeframe, be aware that the router will be in Night mode. To turn OFF this feature, you will need to use the Linksys app.

Can I use any USB-C cable to power ON the Linksys LN1200? |
No. You must use the power adapter that came with the Linksys LN1200. Other USB-C cables are not supported.

I am unable to access the router's web interface by entering "www.myrouter.info" or "myrouter.info". What should I do? |
