How to use the Linksys Multi-Language Chat Support

Welcome to the Linksys Multi-Language Chat Support! Experience convenience and real-time assistance with our team of expert and friendly agents. Feel free to start a chat now—in your preferred language—and get answers to your questions instantly. 

 

1. Go to the Linksys Support website.


2. On the rightmost section of the page, click on Multilingual Chat.

 

 

NOTE: Chat support is available from 9:00 PM to 1:00 PM EST, Sunday to Thursday only. The Multilingual Chat widget will be visible only during business hours.


3. Provide the following information.

 

  • Enter your name.
  • Enter your email. 
  • Enter your phone number (optional).

 

 

  • Select your preferred language. 

 

 

  • Provide the model number of your Linksys device.
  • Describe the issue you are having.
  • Enter the device serial number (optional).

 

 

4. Check the radio button and then click Start Live Chat.

 


5. You can now begin chatting in the language you have selected. An agent will join you shortly.

 


6. Once your issue has been resolved, click on the icon and then click on End Chat.

 

 


7. Click the stars to rate your experience with the technician, and you can also leave some feedback. Once done, click Submit Response. Otherwise, click skip rating.
