ADVANCED TROUBLESHOOTING
You can access the router’s dashboard by accessing the web interface.
To set up your child nodes, ensure they are placed near the parent node (the node connected to your modem), ideally within 3 feet. If possible, position them in the same room as the parent node during setup. Once the nodes are successfully added, you can relocate them to your desired locations.
Other Linksys Mesh models may not support certain PCCW features, such as IPTV. Contact PCCW for their recommendation.
To reset the router, press and hold the reset button for 10–20 seconds.
While holding the button, the router's light will display a fading red pattern. This pattern will stop after about 10 seconds, and the light will turn OFF. At this point, release the reset button and wait for the router to reboot. Wait for the light to turn solid blue, indicating that the node is ready to be set up.
The router automatically installs the latest firmware overnight, and the upgrade only takes a few minutes. Make sure Automatic Firmware Update is ON.
To connect to the 6 GHz radio band, the client device must support Wi-Fi 6E or Wi-Fi 7. If your device supports either, try moving it closer to one of the nodes for troubleshooting purposes.
You can enable IPTV configuration in the Wi-Fi Settings section on the router's web interface.
The IPTV feature is only available to PCCW subscribers with an IPTV subscription. This feature sets your router's IP address to 192.168.10.1, and you must now use that address to access the router. Learn more.
