Can’t access the router after turning ON the IPTV feature

Enabling the IPTV feature automatically changes your router's default IP address from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.10.1. If you can no longer access your router's web interface, follow the solutions below.

1. Use the new IP address: Open a web browser and type https://192.168.10.1 into the Address bar. Learn more.

2. If your router is an unsupported model: navigate to the network settings and turn the IPTV feature OFF to restore your original network configurations.

NOTES:

The IPTV feature is exclusive to PCCW users with an active IPTV subscription. Enable IPTV Configuration on the web interface to maximize your service benefits.
Even without a PCCW IPTV subscription, enabling this feature changes the router's IP address to 192.168.10.1/24.
This feature is compatible only with the following models:
