Press and hold the reset button at the back of the router for 10 seconds, then release. The power light on the front of the router will turn OFF and will start blinking blue.

- Place your router on an elevated surface at least 6 ft high.
What if my internet light is solid orange and I cannot get online?
Try rebooting your modem, then wait for a few minutes. If you are still unable to get online, call your service provider to check for any connectivity issues with the modem.
