Checking the Guest Access password

Guest Access allows you to configure to create a separate WiFi name and password for  your guests. This gives guest devices access to the internet without giving them access to the devices in the home network.

This article will guide you on how to check the Guest Access password on the router's web interface.

Images vary model. Also note that some routers, such as the Linksys E900, don't have a Guest Access feature.

1. Log in to your router's web interface

2. Click on Guest Access.

3. The guest WiFi name and password are displayed in the Guest network name and password section. If you would like to change these settings, click Edit, enter your desired settings, and then click on Ok Apply.
