Linksys is upgrading its refund delivery process. All approved refunds are now issued via digital gift cards, providing customers with greater flexibility and faster access once issued.

 

This option offers access to curated gift card brands, allowing customers to choose where to spend and how much to use—online or in-store, where available.

How will my refund be delivered?
All approved refunds are issued via e-gift card.
What can I use the e-gift card for?
Your e-gift card provides access to popular gift card brands in 50+ countries, allowing you to choose where to spend, decide how much to use at a time, and redeem instantly online or in-store, where applicable.
How long does refund processing take?
With the upgraded refund delivery method, your refund can be processed in 3 – 5 days, depending on the completeness of the refund requirements submitted.
How will I receive my e-gift card?
Once your refund is ready, your digital gift card will be sent directly to your email, and you will be notified immediately with clear redemption instructions.
