Disabling the private or random MAC address feature on your iOS device

To disable the private or random MAC address and revert to your original MAC address on your iPhone®, iPad®, and Apple Watch®, follow the instructions below.
 
Directions 
 
1. Go to the Settings on your iOS device.
 

 
2. Tap on Wi-Fi.
 



3. Tap the information button  next to the Wi-Fi name of the Linksys router or node that your device is connected to.
 

 
4. Tap the toggle switch next to Private Wi-Fi Address then tap Continue to disable it.
 




For the Apple Watch, just tap on the Linksys network you are connected to then toggle switch next to Private Address to disable it.
 



If your device is connected to the WiFi without using a private address, a privacy warning will be displayed.
 


You have now successfully disabled the MAC randomization feature on your iOS device.
