How to schedule a restart on a Linksys WHW03 or WHW01

The Scheduled Restart feature lets you choose how often you want to restart your network. This feature is supported on the Linksys WHW03 and WHW01 series. 

 

To configure it, you can use either the Linksys app or the router's web interface. To enable this option, follow the steps below.

 


 

Web interface

 

1. Connect a computer to your router's WiFi.

 

2. Log in to the router.

 

3. Click on Troubleshooting.

4. Click on the Scheduled Restart tab. Select Weekly or Monthly and click Ok.

 

  • Weekly - Reboots every Saturday
  • Monthly - Reboots on the first Saturday of the month

Linksys app


1. Connect your device to the router's WiFi and log in to the Linksys app.

 

2. Tap the menu icon and go to Network Administration.

3. Tap on Scheduled Restart and enable it by toggling the virtual switch to the right.

4. Select either Weekly or Monthly. Tap Save to apply the changes.

 

  •  Weekly - Reboots every Saturday
  • Monthly - Reboots on the first Saturday of the month
