Scenario:

I set up the router successfully and my network is working with an active internet connection.  However, after upgrading to the 1.1.00.014 firmware version, my internet is no longer working.

Solution:

To fix this, you will need to do a factory reset on your Linksys E7350 Dual-Band WiFi 6 EasyMesh™ Router.  This step will wipe out your router’s settings and return it to its default state.  For complete instructions, click here

Additionally, it is recommended that you do a Backup and Restore configuration on your router's settings prior to doing a factory reset.  To do this, click
here for instructions.

If you first want to back up your router’s settings before doing the reset, follow the process below in this sequence:

1.  Back up your router's configuration.
2.  Reset the router.
3.  Restore the configuration settings back into the router.

QUICK TIP:  If you prefer to start over and configure your settings from scratch, click here to set up your router using the setup wizard or click here to set up your router manually.
